The iPULSE Model M7 SMD placement system employs an entirely NEW placement head design mounted on a triple gantry system to achieve component placement rates up to 60,000 components per hour within a small 7’ x 7’ footprint. The Model M7 uses a high-speed ‘fly-by’ camera system powered by a programmable full-spectrum illumination system to image and precisely position virtually any Surface Mount Device at very high speeds.
