The DataPlace 100LP is equipped to tackle a broad
range of automated labeling applications. Designed
as a scaled-down pick & place system dedicated to handling
labels, it achieves its best performance when
used in applications that call for multiple labels with
varying XY locations on a single assembly. The 4-axis
gantry assembly of the DataPlace 100LP allows placement of
labels anywhere within the 18" x 20" placement area at a specific
XY location, Z height, and theta angle. A variety of gantry-mounted
scanning systems, imaging and vision systems, and sensors
make it possible to configure system capabilities to fit your
specific needs. Because it is capable of supporting two 600dpi
thermal transfer, print-and-deliver stations, it offers a
high-degree of flexibility for manufacturers using multiple
label sizes or desiring to minimize downtime due to label
materials changeovers. Print stations are installed on the
operator side of the machine so that all actions can occur
from the front of your line..
