An official agreement is reached and signed by the Proper representative parties of Amistar Automation Inc. and Amistar Corporation, regarding the purchase of assets of Amistar by Amistar Automation, for the purpose of starting a new business venture.

Official Start of Business for Amistar Automation Incorporated, a newly formed company comprised of employees and assets from the former Amistar Corporation. Business is initially conducted from the headquarters of Amistar Corporation in San Marcos, CA.  
AAI moved into new headquarters on Mar. 8, 2008, at 1269 Linda Vista Drive in San Marcos, CA.

April 1, 2008
Amistar Automation participates in the 2008 APEX show in Las Vegas, NV.  On display in the 
AAI booth are new products from iPULSE such as the M8 SMD Mounter, as well as Automated Labeling equipment from Amistar.
